Post: Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities & Required Skills:
• Achieving Sales target as per plan for the region
• Need to do DVLpreparation/ validation.
•Implementation of customer coverage/callplan/strategy implementation for Sales and Marketing as per norms.
• To take care of regional profitability(healthy product mix)
• Take care of Return of investment on CRM.
• Making recommendations based on Market survey on bonus, tie-ups and new product introductions.
• Identification of Key doctors/HVG doctors/ for assured business returns.
• Complete doctors’ coverage as per the DVL list.
• Stockiest survey / appointment / inventory management
• Adherence to company call average norms
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate in any stream
• At least 2 years of First line experience in similar set up.
• Has successfully handled launch / Sales of new company
• Able to manage productive call from doctors on daily basis
• Strong Process and Customer orientation with proven implementation track record
Other skills required:
• Strong Execution Skills, Sense of urgency and High target orientation
• Understanding of local language and complexities
• High on Energy, high on Self drive.
• Self starter and self motivated and should posses’ good analytical skills.
Age: 26 years to 32 years
