Post: Manager – Third Party Manufacturing
Job Description:
To ensure manufacture of good quality products at Third Party Manufacturing units as per the agreed Production plan at the most optimum cost, and in 100% compliance with Novartis GMP
requirements
Major Accountabilities
• To ensure uninterrupted product supply from third party manufacturers
• To support new product development and its launches
• To coordinate with R&D and QA for Technology transfer of products at Third Party Manufacturers (TPM).
• To ensure most optimum buying price for our products by identifying high quality sources for RM/PM which are cost effective.
• Vendor development and management in line with Novartis requirements and guidelines
• COGS budgeting and control
• Drive cost leadership by aggressive Better and Cheaper initiatives
• Cross functional support (QA for compliance, Marketing and Sales for New initiatives, R&D for product development, Finance for PPV audit and vendors payment etc)
• To ensure 100% compliance of Novartis requirements at TPM with regards to Quality, HSE and CC5
Candidate Profile:
Education :
B.Pharma/B.Sc. + MBA (preferred)
Experience: 8-10 years
