Job Description:
* candidate should take a lead role in preparation and review of proposals
* Work with Head R&D to manage department budget requirements
* Monitor adherence to SOPs/QAPs & safety standards
Candidate Profile:
* candidate should be M.pharm/ Ph.D
* should have experience in Formulation Development of pharma products including Tablets, Capsules and Eye Drops for Regulated Markets (US, EU)
* Should be able to Manage all R&D activities including formulation of new, stable & bioequivalent products
