Job Description:
Role Purpose
• The main purpose of this position is to plan, oversee and manage sales & operational activities in the country to significantly influence the market and establish Shalina as a strong brand.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Direct all aspects of sales for Ethical, OTC and Consumer ranges of products.
• Open new markets for redistribution and appoint & manage distributors.
• Formulate, execute, monitor and achieve agreed sales plans.
• Drive and monitor all sales promotion activities and control all sales operating expenses.
• Recruit, train, manage and retain talented local sales staff.
• Evaluate and assess various marketing projects. Drive all new product launches.
• Regularly track competitive information on sales, pricing, new products and report to management with analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and update customer database and implement coverage plans.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities/channels.


Candidate Profile:
• Science/Pharmacy Graduate with 10 years sales experience.
• Fluency in English is must and knowledge of French/Portuguese would be beneficial.
• Computer operating skills required like MS Office, internet, etc.
• Good presentation skills are essential.
