Job Description:
Acquiring, nurturing and retaining the required talent for the plant Leading the Operations team towards the organizational objective by regular monitoring of planning, coordination among all cross functional teams like Manufacturing, Materials, Maintenance, Personnel and Administrations.
Responsible for all validation activities and documentation needs of the plant as per the latest International regulatory bodies viz.,USFDA,UKMCA,MHRA etc.requirements.
Achieving compliance to all the regulatory guidelines w.r.to facility and systems and facing the regulatory audits. Meeting the training needs for all levels of the plant personnel.
Improvement of the plant performance on yield improvement, Cost control,and process mapping
Candidate Profile:
Qualification :MPharm/BPharm
Experience :15+ years with exposure to the manufacturing operations of multiple Pharmaceutical dosage forms like Soft Gel Caps, Liquid, Tablets, Capsules, Dry Syrups, Liquid orals...
