Post: Sales Coordination Cum Admin

Job Description
• Maintain MIS for management review.
• Coordinate with Sales Team regarding Primary sales & secondary sales.
• Handled the task of dealing with distribution queries.
• Responsible for handling sales related issues.
• Take daily report of sales team.
• Responsible for checking monthly expenses & attendance.
• To look after all reports of Field Force.
• To analyze all field report’s & inform to concern departments.
• Co-ordinate with Field Sales Staff for taking order, Daily Call Report (DCR) & other sales related matter.
• Order processing of Dealers / Parties and Follow – up
• Coordinating with dispatch Department for order dispatch
• Maintaining & updating sales related data and reports.
• Reporting to director.
• Sales Data maintain on pivot table.
• Induction of new joiners’ field staff.
• Coordinating with venders
