Job Description:

Should be responsible for analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, finished products & stability study samples
Should be well versed with GLP requirements
To provide timely results
Should have hands on experience in handling analytical insruments like Waters HPLC with empower software, Shimadzu HPLC with LC Solutions software, Agilent GC with EZ Chrome software.
Should be able to work in shifts
Should have knowledge on 21CFR Part 11, OOS & OOT Procedure
Should be responsible for analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, finished products & stability study samples
Should be responsible for periodical calibration of instruments
Should be responsible for inward entries & review / checking of in inward log, equipment log, Analyical Test Report and COA
Should inform to Asst. Manager incase of any abnormalities observed on routine functioning of lab activities, instruments, equipment (breakdowns) and failure of the samples to meet the acceptance criteria
Should ensure daily environmental monitoring of Temperature & Humidity in the lab and maintain the lab & instruments cleanliness while performing the analysis
Should raise job orders for maintenance works related to electrical and general maintenance
Should be responsible to handover the pending, in-process analysis samples and functioning of lab activity to next reliever while shift handover
