Qualifications : Candidate must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/Equi valent and Diploma in. Pharmacy from any of the 3(Three) Medical College and Hospitals of the Staie/any other recognized private institutions duly approved by AKTE/registered in Qdisha pharmacy council.
Pharmacist -cum-logistic assistant: UR - 1
Upper Age as on 1st Mar 2016 : 3yrs
Salary : 9,350. +other as per PIP
Qualifications : Candidate most have passed Degree/Diploma in pharmacy from any of the 3(Three) Medical College and Hospitals of the State'any other recognized private institutions duly approved by AICTE/registcred in Otlislia pharmacy council. Minimum 1 Yr. experience in managing a drug store in a repuLed hospital/ Health center recognized by the Govt.
Candidates are required to apply in prescribed format available in the website www subamapur nic.iii and to subnni along with a set of self attested copies of all certificates in support of age, qualification, experience, residence etc Candidates are also required to submit two recent passport size colour photograph, an ID proof (Voter ID PAN Driving License Pass port- Aadlmr card) and Caste fit Residence certificate issued by the competent authority. No certificate will be accepted a! later slage of recmiiinenu if fails to produce with the application, Incomplete application in any form will be rejected,
After registration candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of required eligibility criteria and shortlisted candidates will be asked to stay bock for computer test and interview as admissible. Candidates not fulfilling the requirement will not be interviewed. Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic records, skill rest ' written test interview or any such suitable method s, as applicable.
Candidates, who arc already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer
