Job Description
1. To respond to customer issues within 24 hours, after receiving complaints/issues.
2. To visit customers to understand the issues, collect samples, joint inspection and to collect information about Customers filing process and the end product information.
3. To develop good rapport with all key Customers.
4. To develop proper system for communication and co-ordination with Plant Team
5. To maintain good documentation system for all customers' issues.
Candidate Profile:
M.Sc./B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)/B Pharm
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control and command over English
