Job Description
* Responsible for production planning for timely dispatches and utilization of production resources-man, material, machines and costs.
* Based on sales forecasts, prepare production plan detailing materials, machine, manpower requirements.
* Ensure planning is integrated with Marketing team & respective Site Heads.
* Anaylse reasons and take timely corrective actions to control deviations from plans, monitor productivity rates, material utilization, capacity utilisation, manpower requirements, rework/wastages.
* Establish stock levels, plan and supervise requisitions of RM & PM supplies & physical inventory of equipments/ accessories
