Job Description
The primary function of Director - Operations Quality Remediation is to Lead the remediation activities of manufacturing quality of the 3 Mfg. Blocks (Ceph, Penicillin and Penem) for strengthening Quality Systems and effectively remediate processes by:

Leading and guiding the Managers (Ceph, Penicillin and Penem) by the development and execution of remediation activities for respective areas

Manage project activities through provision of oversight and guidance

Provide oversight for execution of the remediation strategy.

Preview/provide feedback and technical/scientific support on any project deliverable, i.e. remediation strategy, plan reports, etc.
Candidate Profile
-
15 years of industry experience with 2 years staff management experience in an advanced area and five years of pharmaceutical experience with a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.

Deep understanding of program management required.

Experience in managing regulatory inspections.

Hands on experience in Quality Operations in Sterile Manufacturing set up

Ability to interpret guidance, regulatory expectations, corporate SOPs and expertise in validation of sterile manufacturing systems, equipment, processes
