Sales Administration
Pharma/API sales admin background, overseas sales and supply chain experience, sufficient chemical production knowledge and capability to interact with R&D and production for future shipments, experience of attending chemical exhibitions such as CPHI, Chemspec and one-to-one meetings with customers, overseas customer focussed business travel. Record of either top level posting or senior level executives
Market Intelligence Officers:
Dishman has a niche basket of API’s and speciality chemicals handled directly from India. We have no sales in India. Intelligence officers, who will be thoroughly trained in our molecules, must be efficient at gathering relevant market data at regular intervals from competent and potential customers. Full data base support will be provided.
Core Project Management Team
Candidates who have significant experience in project work, from design and engineering aspects to GMR regulatory approved or HiPotency API facility in a large scale project. Experience in API/Pharma project management and should be competent in international negotiations.
