Job Description
Primary Job Function:
The position holder is responsible for performance/quality management on behalf of Abbott with an external service provider with regards to Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing at the service provider’s site in India (Chennai).
Core Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Oversee service provider’s performance (i.e. performance metrics tracking)
* Assist in communicating Abbott quality expectations on ICSRs to service provider
* Monitor service provider quality and improve service provider performance and quality overall as well as quality of individual staff
* Perform day to day issue resolution (as Subject Matter Expert for service provider)
* Conduct user training of service provider
* Create, update and provide specific Training Documents to service provider
* Support project related tasks as defined
Position Accountability/Scope:
* Verifying service provider’s performance to be in line with applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Abbott SOPs and Work Instructions.
* Works with supervision and guidance

Candidate Profile
Minimum Education:
* M.S. in Life Sciences or M.D.
* Very good command of the English language
* Good command of Hindi and Tamil language
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
* At least five years experience in pharmaceutical industry, with two years practical experience in ICSR processing
* Experienced professional in the usage of Microsoft Office and Drug Safety databases
* Training according to assigned ISOtrain curriculum
* Knowledge on Indian culture
