Job Description
Achieving Sales revenue objectives in line with the team/divisional & organizational goals through market development and customer development activities
- The incumbent would cover large geographical area spanning one to two states, managing a customer base of top neurologists/orthopedics/urologists apart from corporate hospitals and key accounts
- Achieves sales budgets through scientific promotions, support training of customers on injection techniques through a team of “Medical support managers”
- Conducts business development activities/customer development activities on existing therapeutic indications and new emerging uses of the product in the assigned territory through successful implementation of physician training programs, CMEs, public awareness programs, medical marketing etc…
- Achieves in-clinic objectives through consultative selling, Managing key accounts & discussion through clinical reprints to super specialists.
- Implements marketing initiatives effectively within stipulated timelines
- Achieves call average and customer coverage as per the company norms
- Always explore newer customer entities and markets for business expansion
- Complies with administration requirements & ensures productive use of all resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Specifications
- Science/pharmacy Graduate preferably with MBA and having at least 4-5 years of successful track record with pharma/healthcare/medical devices selling and exceeding budgets.
- Candidates with prior experience with High value Life saving products would be preferred
- High energy levels, good analytical & problem solving skills, organizing skills, positive attitude & willingness to travel extensively
- Self-starter, able to work independently is essential.
