Vacancy for Pharmacists in Government General Hospital

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts mentioned below on Contract/ Out Sourcing Basis to work in Government General Hospital, Ongole, Prakasam District for the vacancies and newly sanctioned posts in G.O.Ms.No.140 and 141 HM & FW (A1) Dept. Dt.17.11.2021.

Educational Qualifications
1) Intermediate
2) 2 years Dip. In Pharmacy course recognized by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Council with up to date renewal


AGE : Minimum 18 years & maximum 42 years as on 01.07.2021 as per G.O.Ms.No.105 GA(SerA) Dept., Dt.27.09.2021(no person shall be eligible if less than 18 years and is more than 42 years)..
i) SC/ST/BC & EWS : 5 years
ii) Physically handicapped persons : 10 years
iii) Ex-servicemen : Shall be allowed to deduct from his age a period of 3 years in addition to the length of the service

RULE OF RESERVATION :
a) There will be reservations to the candidates in respect of Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC), Economically Weaker sections (EWS), Physically Challenged (VH, HH, OH, MI) Women, Ex-servicemen and Meritorious Sports Persons as per Rule 22 (A) of AP State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996.
b) Caste & Community, Community certificate issued by the Competent authority in terms of GO.Ms.No.58 SW(J) Dept. date 12.05.1997 should be submitted appropriate time. As per AP State and Subordinate services Rules, Rule 2(28) Explanation: In so far as claiming for SC reservation is concerned, no person who professes a religion different from Hinduism shall be deemed a member of Scheduled Caste. However, Scheduled caste. BCs, SCs, STs & EWS belonging to other state or not entitled for reservation.
c) There shall be reservation to Women horizontally to an extent of 33 1/3 % in terms of rule 22(A) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules as per G.O.Ms.No.63 GA(Ser-D) Dept. date 17.04.2028.
d) Reservation to BC-E group will be subject to the adjudication of litigation before the Hon’ble Courts including final orders in Civil Appear no; (a) 2628-2637 of 2010 in SLP no.7388-7397 of 2010 dt.25.03.2010 and order from the Government.
e) Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) means the persons who are not covered under existing scheme of reservations for SCs, STs, Socially and Economically Backward Classes and whose gross annual family income is below Rs.8.00 lack or identified as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) for the benefit of the reservations. The income shall also include income from all sources i.e., Salary, Agriculture, Business, Profession, etc., for the financial year prior to the year of application. The persons seeking the benefit of reservations under EWS category shall obtained the necessary EWS certificates issued by the Tahsildar concerned and produce at an appropriate as per G.O.Ms.No.73 GA(Ser-D) Dept. dt 04.08.2021.


Selection Process & Service Weightage
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weightage for No.of years since passing qualifying examination : Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii) 2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas
Based on Covid-19 duties :
(i) @5 marks per Six months
(ii) @10 marks per one year.
(iii)@15 marks per one year six months

APPLICATION PROCESS FEE
Rs.500-00 for OC/BC Candidates.
Rs.300-00 for SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-Services man Candidates.
The application fees should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in the name of “Hospital Development Society, GGH, Ongole” and submit the Demand Draft (DD) along with the application to this office.

How to apply
The applications shall be submitted manually/ Regd. Post in complete shape to the O/o. the Superintendent, Room No.214, Govt. General Hospital, Ongole, Prakasam District, along with all the following certificates on or before 15/12/2021 up to 5.P.M., Any applications received manually/Regd. Post after the due date and time will be rejected. Application without enclosing the following documents will not be considered automatically.

01. SSC or Equivalent examination marks memo.
02. Intermediate (OR) 10+2 examination/Degree marks memos.
03. Qualifying examination pass certificate.
04. Marks memos of all the years of qualifying examination.
05. updated Registration and renewal certificates of respective councils.
06. Internship certificates if applicable.
07. Latest caste certificate issued by Tahsildar/MRO concerned in the latest proforma.
08. Study certificates for the years IV to X class. In case of private study residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned (for the IV to X class study period).
09. Physically handicapped certificate (Issued by SADERAM) in case of claiming the same.
10. Sports certificates if any.
11. Ex-servicemen certificates from concerned authority.
12. Service Certificate in prescribed proforma counter signed by the concerned District Authority along with appointment order copy.
13. Demand Draft for Rs.500/- or Rs.300/- (Application Fee) Drawn infavour of “Hospital Development Society, GGH, Ongole”.
14. Other relevant certificates if any. Enclosure of certificates to the application: The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced.
