Job Description:
Packaging Development
Coordinate with Pkg Material supplier and Pkg Machine manufacturers for introduction of new material and machines .Development of secondary and tertiary packing materials for products at own and TPM plants. Help reduce pkg cost by revising the packaging profiles of existing products.

Art Work
Maintain database of art work of all the SKUs marketed in India through effective use of on- line Art Work management system. Ensure timely development of art work as per Marketing / QA / Regulatory / Commercial requirement in compliance with D & C rules and other Regulatory norms.

Documentation
Ensure completion and maintenance of all packaging related documents like BOM , MPD , Change Control in a system . Updation of specifications of all PMs for domestic , institution and export products.

Projects
Lead , Guide and Direct in executing Alternate Vendor Development Program ,Continuous Improvement Projects , Bar Coding , Track & Trace , Resolution of Packaging complaints and contribute to department goals.

People Development
Train and help the team members enhance technical knowledge.
Development of people to improve Communication and Presentations skills

Functional/ Technical:
In depth knowledge of Pharma Manufacturing & Packaging Technology . Detailed understanding ofFDA and Regulatory Guidelines. Ability to search and find new technology solutions in Packaging. Workingknowledge of Finance/Commercials.

Managerial:
Strong leadership .Team building and Multitasking ability
Good Communication and Time Management skills . Able to work under pressure in a complex situation to complete the task.
