Essential Qualification / Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy. Minimum 1 Year experience in managing a drug store in a reputed hospital / health centre recognized by the Govt.
Age Limit :
• Lower Age Limit: 21 Completed Years
• Upper Age Limit: 32 Years
• Age relaxation to be given as per Odisha Govt, norms
Selection Process
Total 100 marks is to be allotted for selection and calculated based on % of marks secured in each exam (excluding 4th optional / extra optional). HSC - 15 Marks +2 Science - 15 Marks DIB Pharma - 70 Marks
A Candidate obtained Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy will liable for assessing the marks in the final exam, irrespective of Diploma / Degree. For example: A candidate having degree qualification will be deprived of the marks secured in Diploma course for assessment

General Information and Instruction
• Undertaking / affidavit for non submission of any of the above documents alongwith completely filled up application form is subject to rejection of the candidature for the said post.
• Incomplete Application Form / Canvassing of Application Form is subject to rejection of the candidature for the said post.
• Application submitted other than Sped Post / Registered Post is subject to rejection of the candidature for the said Post.
• The applications received for the posts will be scrutinized and the database will be uploaded in the District website i.e.www.jajpur.nic.in for objection invitation. Candidates are required to visit the District website at regular intervals for any notification, update (objection invitation / different test notices), results etc. relating to this recruitment.
• The merit list will be remaining valid for 12 months from the date of final selection.
• Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective employer (Appointing Authority) at the time of submission of application. NOC issued by any other authority other than appointing authority will not be accepted. NOC must be specific for the post, S/He applying and must be issued subsequent to issue of the advertisement.
• Over / under aged, under qualification as mentioned above for this post shall be liable for rejection.
• Candidates who are disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society, NHM program on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances / Misconduct or misbehavior / Criminal Activity etc. are not eligible to apply.
• The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
• In case the marks obtained are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted at the time of submission of application form. Certification towards AICTE / UGC recognition of Institutions / Universities shall also be submitted at the time of submission of application form, wherever applicable, without which the application shall not be considered & shall be rejected.
• No personal correspondence / queries will be entertained. All communication will be made through e-mail / official website / Notice Board.
• The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post / in other programmes under NHM ambit with same educational qualification and same remuneration, as will be decided by the Society.
• Number of vacancies / remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.
