Job Description
Manage services (dispensing & designing of packaging material) and warehouse operations including material & finished goods receiving, storing to be delivered to production & dispatched to warehouse of finished goods. Ensure efficient running of activities within the department according to required HSE, cGMP regulations & Company rules and regulations. Ensure supply of chemicals and packaging material to different production lines - on daily basis. Follow up issuance of packaging specification & design cards for all products. Follow up the issuance of packaging material design for new products of Pharma, Sandoz and Consumer Health in co-ordination with the relevant departments & Business Units. Control and evaluate surplus and shortage statements for chemicals and packaging material. Assure storage of chemicals & finished goods received from suppliers or production Department according to required storage conditions for items or products. Ensure application of latest cGMP & safety regulations. Ensure existence & implementation of SOP’s covering all activities of services and warehouse operations. Follow–up and secure smooth operation of Warehouse Management System (WHM) and Automatic Dispensing System (ADS) in coordination with Engineering Department concerning the preventive and periodical maintenance schedules. Issue the required reports and statistical information to the superiors in due time and whenever required. Provide training and development planning & support for subordinates.

Bachelor of Pharmacy, Science or Commerce (Desired) Logistics & computer studies English & Country 3-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverages Industry
