The Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) Mohali was established in 2007 by the Government of India, through the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), to carry out research in frontier areas of science and to provide quality science education at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The foundation stone was laid on 27^th September 2006 by the Prime Minister of India. The first Director Prof.N Sathyamurthy joined on 18^th June 2007. Classes for the first MS (Int) batch began on 16^th August 2007. The transit campus was inaugurated on 13^th Nov. 2007.

The Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS), Chennai, an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India proposes to engage the services of the following personnel on contract basis, as per the details given below. The engagement will be purely on contract basis, initially for a period of one year. The selection will be made on the basis of Walk-in-Interview to be held on the dates noted thereagainst, in the Central Council for Research in Siddha, SCRI Building (III Floor), Anna Government Hospital Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106. A written test will be held, if need be, depending on the number of candidates, followed by the interview on the same day, of those candidates, who qualify in the written test. The decision of the Competent Authority will be final in this regard.

The noble objective of scheme is to making quality generic medicines available at affordable prices for all, through specialized outlets called Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra (PMBJK). BPPI is procuring drugs from both private manufacturing unit and Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE), so requires technical experts who can undertake G.M.P. inspection both before selection of manufacturing unit and during the production of the drugs in the manufacturing unit. Expert is also required to do GLP inspection of drug testing labs.

Govt. of Himachal Pradesh took up initiative in early seventies to set up a CSIR lab to make prudential use of the natural resources of the region. After several levels of discussions a formal request was made by then Chief Minister of HP to Vice President, CSIR in 1982 for initiating the matter, and giving final shape to the proposal. The dream of HP government finally came true in 1983 when the foundation stone of this National lab was laid as CSIR Complex Palampur by Prof. Nurul Hasan, former Vice President of CSIR, with then Chief Minister of HP chairing the function.
