Satilila Charitable Society was founded in 2001 under the Society Act 1860, by a renowned industrialist and philanthropist, Shri. S. L. Vaswani. Under his visionary leadership, the society has today evolved as a premier group of institutions i.e. Skyline Institute of Engineering and Technology and Skyline Institute of Management and Technology.  The Institute is strategically located near New Delhi, the Capital city of India, in Greater Noida at Plot No.3, Knowledge Park-II situated on a 8 lane Express highway and sprawls on a 13 Acre lush green surroundings.

Annamacharya College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2003 by Annamacharya Educational Trust and offering D.Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy and Pharm D courses. The college admitted its first batch of students in the academic year 2003-04. The school of Pharmacy was established in Prist deemed University  in the year 2016 at ECR, Manamai, Chennai-603102 with the objectives of providing quality education in the field of Pharmacy to the students of rural and urban areas. Our College is situated at Narsapur, Medak (Dt) in pristine environment and inaugurated by His Excellency Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India on 16th August'2007.It has got approval from AICTE,PCI and JNTU, Hyderabad.The institute is well connected with wireless internet round the clock. Educational Society and was established in the year 2005 with the objectives of providing quality education in the field of Pharmacy to the students of rural and urban areas. The college offers B. Pharm., Pharm. D., and M. Pharm in the specializations of Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology. The college accorded the approval from the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It has also received the approval from the Pharmacy Council of India u/s 12 of the Pharmacy Act 1948.
