The ECHS Central Organization is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organization is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).
Post : Pharmacist
ECHS invites applications for engagement of the following staff on a contractual basis at ECHS Polyclinic, COD Kandivali, for a period of one year, renewable for an additional period of one year/ until the candidate attains the maximum prescribed age, subject to satisfactory performance and fulfillment of other terms and conditions as per the eligibility criteria specified against each post.
Age Limit : 58
Minimum Qualification : (i) B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute OR (i) 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized Board, AND (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
Work Experience : Minimum three years experience.
Desirable Attributes : Any Diploma / Course in Specially Pharmacy.
Fixed Remuneration : Minimum 36,500/- As per guidelines

Application as per requisite format along with self-attested copy of education documents, work experience and medical fitness is to be submitted to : Officer-in-Charge, Station Headquarters, ECHS INS Hamla, Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400095 through Speed Post / Courier by 1700 hrs on 10 Sep 26 in duplicate at the station headquarters. Application received after 10 Sep 26 will not be accepted.
If the supporting documents, such as educational qualification certificates, medical fitness certificate, and work experience certificates, are not enclosed, or are not self-attested, or if the applicant lacks the required work experience or exceeds the prescribed age limit, the application will be treated as rejected and will not be considered further.
Interview Date, Timing & Venue
Candidates must bring all the original certificates/marks sheet/degree of 10th/Matric, 10+2 & Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma Course, work experience, discharge book, PPO, service records and 04 PP size photograph at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates who meet the prescribed Qualitative Requirements will be informed by telephone and email about the interview. Only such candidates will be called for the interview.
