In the light of campaign director Jharkhand Rural Health Society Ranchi's memorandum number 2463 (MD) dated 24.08.2021, applications are invited for appointment from the candidates having desired qualifications and qualifications for the following contract posts on contract basis under National Rural Health Society East Singhbhum district.  The details of eligibility and reservation category wise vacancies for contract based appointment are as follows.

The erstwhile Garhwa Subdivision of Palamau district consisting of 8 Blocks was separated from Palamau district as an independent district  Garhwa with effect from 1st April 1991. It is situated on Southwest corner of Palamau division, which lies between 23060 and 24039 N latitude and 83022’ and 84000 E longitude. The district is surrounded by river Sone in the north; Palamau district and area of Chhatisgarh in the south; Palamau district in the east and Sarguja district of Chhatisgarh and Sonebhadra district of U.P. in the west.

The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).
