The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, the first of its kind in the country, set up as per the recommendations of the National Education Policy 1986, is primarily a coordinating body between the University Grants Commission (UGC), the State Government and the Universities.

The candidate should submit the prescribed application form available in the website of ICMR- REGIONAL MEDICAL RESEARCH CENTRE (rmrc.res.in), Dollygunj, PORT BLAIR together with self attested copies of all the certificates relating to educational qualification, date of birth, working experiences etc., on the day of the walk-in interview/written test. Candidates are also required to bring their original certificates for verification. The registration process will start at 10:00 am. The exact time of interview/ written test will be intimated to the candidates on 17 /01/2018, after completion of the registration process.
