    The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body under the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (AYUSH), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The Council is an apex body in India for formulation, development and promotion of research in Ayurvedic system of medicine. The Council carries out its activities and functions through its network of 31 Institutions located all over India.

  • Applications are invited for Pharmacist at Regional Research Centre of Ayurveda

    The Regional Research Centre of Ayurveda (RRCA), Port Blair previously known as Ayurveda Tribal Health Care Research Project [ATHCRP] was established in the year 1984 at Malacca, Car Nicobar of A&N Islands. Unfortunately, this Research Centre along with all the records had submerged in the sea during the Earthquake and Tsunami on 26th December 2004. Thereafter this project was shifted from Car Nicobar to 30 bedded AYUSH Hospital, Atlanta Point, Port Blair on 14th February 2005 and henceforth it functioned there up to January 2015.  Presently, this Unit is functioning in Type-II Quarter at Junglighat, Port Blair and providing Ayurvedic treatment to Tribal and general population of these Islands.

  • Walk in interview for Pharmacist at RARIMCH

    Regional Ayurveda Research Institute for Mother and Child Health is situated in the center of India at Nagpur. The institute was established as Regional Research Center (Ayurveda) on first July 1972, with Survey of Medicinal Plants Unit (SMPU) and Mobile Clinical Research Unit (MCRU). Afterwards this center has been upgraded as Regional Research Institute (Ayurveda) in the year 1999 and working with SMPU, THCRP and Clinical research at OPD and IPD level. Later this Institute is shifted to own building with the premises of approximately 7000 Sq.Mt.. Recently on 12th April 2016 this institute is renamed as ‘Regional Ayurveda Research Institute for Mother and Child Health’.

It is an apex body in India for the formulation, coordination, development and promotion of research on scientific lines in Ayurveda and Sowa-Rigpa system of medicine.

  • Recruitment for M.Pharm, M.Sc in IMR Research at Regional Ayurveda Drug Development Institute

    This Institute was established in the year from 1963 in IMPCOPS, Chennai with a motive to study the phyto-chemical aspects of medicinal plants in an around the city. Later Central Council for Research in Indian Medicine and Homeopathy had taken over this Institute as grant in aid. In the year of 1979, this institute became a part of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (formerly Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic and Siddha). This institute had diversified its activities to drug standardization besides phyto-chemical studies.

    Regional Ayurveda Research Institute for Infectious Diseases, Patna was established in the year May 1979 and is engaged with the focused mandate on clinical Researches. The Institute provides research oriented health care services through general OPD, Geriatric clinic and is equipped with ksharsutra department and Bio-chemical and Pathological laboratory investigations to cater to the health care services of the people.

    The Institute intends to engage the following contractual staff for RCH-SCSP Program and other Projects. The details of the posts, eligibility criteria and schedule for written test/interview are given below.
