District Sales Manager will be the key business leader for all Meril Life verticals within the district. He will drive sales performance, engage directly with surgeons and doctors across multiple specialties, and ensure strong execution of business strategies.
Contributes and support the development of submission of product registration, progress reports, supplements, amendments, and/or periodic experience reports.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Life Sciences, or a related discipline. A Masters degree such as M.Tech, M.Pharma, MBA, or equivalent is highly preferred
Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. Proactively communicates any risks to project leads and line manager as appropriate
You will be responsible for generating new product ideas from Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) interactions, prioritizing these ideas, preparing business cases, analyzing market and competitor data, and handling creative aspects like branding.
This role involves researching, writing, and adapting scientific information into accurate, compliant, and engaging materials for healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
