To carry out day-to-day wet-lab research activities in the lab of Dr Reena Singh – Cardio Met Translational lab. Self-driven candidates interested in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology with experience in immunocytochemistry, imaging, Molecular Biology, Cell, Tissue culture, and FACS experiences are preferred but are not mandatory requirements for the application.
Responsible for processing of Individual Case Safety Reports ICSRs from various sources, Literature search and review, signal detection and management, tracking regulatory information, performing regulatory submissions and supporting preparation of aggregate and other study reports, as well as Medical and Product Dictionary Management activities, where applicable
Experience in Design and synthesis of small molecules, multi-step synthesis, designing of chemical compounds for biologically activity and data analysis, Molecular Modeling/ docking. Experience must be clearly evident from published work in peer reviewed publications and patents.
M.Sc, M.Tech in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Genomics and any National level JRF eligibility test qualified such as NET, DBT etc. Structure-based drug design, and molecular modeling. Good oral and written communication skills. A strong motivation for a career in research.
Post Graduate degree including integrated PG degrees in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Microbiology or any other branch of life sciences from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates who have Qualified for National Research Fellowship examinations.
MD, MS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI, NMC OR MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI, NMC with MPH from a recognized University OR M.Sc. or MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI, NMC with Ph.D. from a recognized University.
Role of tryptophan catabolic pathway in the immune dysregulation and inflammatory hepato-billiaiy destruction in biliary atresia. First class postgraduate degree including integrated PG degrees Immunology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry. Second class postgraduate degree including integrated PG degrees in any of the above with PhD. Working experience in Molecular techniques/ Flow cytometry/ Proteomics/Immunoassays etc.
