The purpose of the call is to support research and innovation projects that are highly relevant for scientific solution for biomanufacturing, biotechnology for improved agricultural productivity and climate resilience, RNA vaccines and biotherapeutics. The call seeks to fund applications for conducting research with a high societal relevance, both basic and applied, and innovation promoting the transition, nationally in India and Australia, as well as internationally. The applicant should possess a PhD degree in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Veterinary Science or a Masters degree in Medical Sciences, Engineering or an equivalent degree in Biotechnology, related areas. The applicant must have outstanding contribution and publication in the specific area. 

Post Graduate Degree Biotechnology, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology or Graduate, Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship Assistant Professorship and GATE.

Master degree in Chemistry, M.Pharm from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience in extraction fractionation and isolation of plant molecules, analytical chemistry with special emphasis on Natural Products. 

Designing, development and evaluation of anti-thrombogenic factors loaded small diameter vascular graft with superior mechanical and biological properties for cardiovascular tissue reconstruction application. M.Sc, M.Tech, First class Engineering Graduate degree of 4 years in any field of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering.

Effect of cisplatin-encapsulated HPV virion- based targeted delivery vehicle on cellular and cervicectomy samples using high-resolution Cryo-Electron Tomography. Cryo-Electron Microscope Imaging facility for biological specimens, Cells and Tissue. First class MSc in Biological Sciences with valid JRF, NET. M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Botany, Marine Biology. Work in the research project entitled Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage - Algae-based flue gas CO2 sequestration with co-production of high-value bio-chemicals. Competency in microalgal mass cultivation, optimization of upstream conditions for improving biomass yield, and process scale up would be preferred.
