Candidate must possess degree Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized colleges/universities. National Health Mission Pharmacist

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. OR Diploma in pharmacy The candidate should be registered in state pharmacy council. State AIDS Control Society

Diploma, Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute of the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education

Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in Pharmacy / Physiotherapy or 10+2 with 2-year Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in Pharmacy / Physiotherapy. Experience of Hospitals / Health Centre run by a reputed residential educational Institution.

D.Pharm / Integrated Pharmacy Course – under the Siddha Medical Department through the District Health Society on a lump sum basis.

B.Pharma / D.Pharma with 50% aggregate marks from any recognized institute of India. 0-2 years of experience in the Hospital Pharmacy or Retail Chain of Pharmacy.

B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy council of India

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm). Registration with the State Pharmacy Council.

B. Pharmacy/D.Pharmacy/ Pharma-D/M.Pharmacy course after intermediate recognized by the Govt, of A.P.  Any other eligible equivalent Qualification must be registered With AP Pharmacy council with Updated renewal.
