Applicants must be present in person during the document verification process with the original copies of all testimonials and all original documents supporting every claim made in the online application They are also required to submit self-attested xerox copies of all necessary documents at the time of verification. Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal and must possess adequate knowledge of the local language.

Essential : 1. Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D- Pharma) (ALLOPATHIC) recognized by the Government of West Bengal and registered as "A" category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
2. The candidates must have efficiency in computers including MS Office and internet.
Age Limits : Minimum 21 years maximum age limit 40 years as on date 01.04.2025.
Salary : Rs. 22,000/-
Mode of Selection : Total Marks-100
a. Proportionate marking i.e% of marks obtained in D-Pharma 65, B-Pharma 75, M-Pharma - 85 .
b. Computer Test : 15 Marks (Obtain at least 50% marks in computer test : failing which the candidature will be treated as cancelled.)
Any omission or suppression of information will result in the rejection of the application or cancellation of candidature at any stage of the recruitment process without further intimation. The prescribed conditions are non-relaxable. The selection process will be conducted by the District Level Selection Committee, Purulia. The District Health & Family Welfare Samiti reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
Important point to be noted by Candidates :
a. The duration of experience, post held, nature of work, and the employer's signature with date must be clearly mentioned in the experience certificate; otherwise, the certificate will be treated as invalid. The experience certificate must conform to the required criteria.
b. In cases where DGPA/CGPA or Grade Point is awarded, the corresponding conversion formula must be attached.
c. Incomplete online applications are liable to result in cancellation of candidature.
Documents required :
During verification, applicants must submit the online-generated application form duly self-attested, along with one self-attested photocopy of all required documents, including the Madhyamik (or equivalent) Admit Card, one passport-size photograph pasted on the application form, all mark sheets and pass certificates, valid EWS certificate (for EWS applicants) issued by the competent authority, valid PwD certificate issued by the competent authority, photocopy of Voter ID/Aadhaar Card/other address proof, clear photocopies of all experience certificates, and caste certificate issued only by competent authorities of West Bengal. Failure to submit any requisite document will result in cancellation of candidature. Applicants may also be required to submit any other documents as desired by the District Level Selection Committee (DLSC), for which prior notice will be given.
Applications must be submitted online only through the website wbhealth.gov. in under E- Govemance. Online Recruitment from 01.12.2025 (10:00 hrs) to 15.12.2025. Candidates are not required to send any physical documents to the office.
