Bishnupriya Balashram is running a Child Care Institution (CCI), registered under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015. The management of the CCI intends to engage suitable Staff such as Counsellor, Probation Officer/ Case Worker, Store Keeper-cum-Accountant, House Father, Paramedical Staff (Pharmacist), Cook, Helper and House Keeper on contractual basis. National AIDS Control Programme (NACP) in Meghalaya was taken up during the last quarter of 1993-94. Actual implementation of the Programme could begin only in March 1994. Earlier the Programme was implemented through a State AIDS Cell but due to various constraints in implementing the programme, a Society was constituted and registered on the 20th of August 1998. As such from the 1st of April 1999 the Phase II of the Programme (1999 – 2005) and Phase-III is being implemented through the Meghalaya AIDS Control Society.

The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is a Comprehensive Cancer Centre with a mission to achieve the highest standards in patient care, cancer prevention, cancer research and professional development for oncology and allied disciplines.
