The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body of the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Government of India. It is an apex body in India for the formulation, coordination, development and promotion of research on scientific lines in Ayurveda and Sowa-Rigpa system of medicine.

Acharya & BM Reddy College of Pharmacy is a branch of Acharya Institutes (www.acharya.ac.in) which is spread over 120 acres of Wi-Fi-enabled campus. The institute is ARIIA ranked organization; DSIR recognized Scientific and Industrial Research Organization; accredited by NBA, NAAC, and LSSSDC; affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka; and approved by AICTE and PCI. Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University was established as a State University vide U.P. State Government notification no. (10)/(865)/15/(75)(85)/64 dated 23 November 1973.
