Inception of Garhwal University on Dec. 1 st 1973 was the fulfillment of a long cherished dream of the local people .The University was established under the provisions of Uttar Pardesh State Universities Act (Act No. 10 of 1973) on 1.12.1973 and the Act come in force w.e.f. 1.12.1973.

The walk-in-interview for the positions of Research Associates/Senior Research Fellows and Junior Research Fellows in various projects will be conducted at this Institute on the date/time and venue and other details shown against each position on contractual basis which is co-terminus with the project/scheme. The eligible candidates are invited to appear before the Selection Committee for Walk-in-Interview at NDRI, Karnal.

National AIDS Research Institute [NARI] was established in October 1992 in Bhosari, Pune on a seven acre plot. The Institute has progressively expanded its activities in various aspects of research on HIV and AIDS through infra-structural development, capacity building & research programmes. The present infrastructure includes the Institute housed in a 28024 sq. mtr space, residential accomadation for the staff, a power plant to ensure uninterrupted power supply and an incinerator for safe disposal of bio-waste.

Applications are invited on plain paper along with full Bio-Data, Mark sheets, certificates, testimonials and a recent passport size photograph for the following posts under the DBT research project entitled “Development of seaweeds biorefinery and pilot demonstration of bioethanol production” for a period of three years or till the tenure of the project. All posts are on temporary basis.
