National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, SAS Nagar (Mohali) under the aegis of Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Pharmaceuticals), Govt. of India, is an autonomous institute of National Importance created by an Act of Parliament devoted to the promotion of pharmaceutical education and research. The Institute is located at SAS Nagar, adjoining the beautiful city of Chandigarh. It is ideally placed for intellectual interaction with the several medical, scientific and technological centers.

The Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (IITR), established in 1965, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) engaged in the Research & Development in the areas of Environmental Toxicology, Predictive Toxicology, Health Risk Assessment, Preventive Toxicology, Inhalation Toxicology, Analytical Toxicology, and also National S&T Missions. IITR has two campuses; the main campus is located at the centre of Lucknow City and the other campus at a distance of approx. 20 km from the main campus.

Ostic Pharma Pvt Ltd. is a startup incubated with SINE, IIT Bombay. It has been performing research of national importance in collaboration with different national and international organizations. Ostic has been working on major thrust areas like diagnostics and therapeutics for COVID-19, Drug Resistant Tuberculosis, Malnutrition, Artificial Intelligence, Indigenous Medicines and Nutraceuticals. The startup is dedicated to provide an excellent environment for speedy research on Covid-19, Tuberculosis, malnutrition and other areas.
