Research Grant : Up to ₹60 lakhs
Consolidated Fellowship : ₹75,000/month
Category II
Eligibility : M.Tech. in Biotechnology / Allied Areas, M.Pharma. or equivalent
Research Grant : Up to ₹40 lakhs
Consolidated Fellowship : ₹58,000/month
Project Duration : 3 years

Eligibility Highlights
• Indian women researchers
• Age: 55 years or below as on the last date of application
• Applicants should not be in regular/permanent employment
• Temporary research/academic position holders may apply, subject to programme conditions
• Category I : Ph.D. in Life Sciences / allied / interdisciplinary sciences, MD/MDS/M.V.Sc.
• Category II : M.Tech. in Biotechnology/allied areas, M.Pharma. or equivalent
• Candidates enrolled/registered in higher studies or Ph.D. are not eligible
• Applicant should not have previously received extramural research funding as Principal Investigator from a Government/Government-supported funding agency
• The qualifying degree must have been awarded by the last date of application.
