Responsible for preparation of documentation like R&D BMR, TTD and other reports. Record keeping of raw data related to R&D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale.

Experience in the Design of Chemistry routes (Route Scouting) & early phase processes for the scale-up of novel raw materials, intermediates, and APIs.

Conduct comprehensive Risk Assessments to ensure robust quality controls Lead Investigation Reviews & Approvals with cross-functional teams Manage Change Control & CAPA processes for continuous improvement

Experience in international business development or sales, preferably in the Asian market for Finish formulation.
