Department of Pharmacy is offering a three-year PhD fellowship in Advanced Drug Delivery Systems for Brain Cancer Treatment. The PhD fellowship is financed by the Danish Council for Independent Research | Technology and Production Sciences (Det Frie Forskningsråd for Teknologi og Produktion (FTP)), reference DFF - 7017-00065, and involves collaboration with Prof. Seyed Moein Moghimi (School of Medicine, Pharmacy and Health, University of Durham, UK) and different international collaborators. The fellowship is available from 01.09.2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Vivek College, Bijnor was started in 2003 in the loving memory of Late Sh. Vivek Goel. The Strongly conceived Service motto of Vivek college was responsible for establishing a national level private institution in Bijnor, offering professional courses in Medical, Education, Law, Pharmacy and Management.  Vep (Vivek Educational Park) like a true leader has taken several initiatives in the field of technical education that are being followed by other institutes even across the state. Vep was one of the first to introduce professionally recognized and career oriented courses like M.Pharm, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, MBA, LL.B, BBA BCA, B.Ed, B.T.C. & G.N.M in Bijnor region. Lastly the BAMS course too has added a decent feather in our cap.

The Gates Cambridge Trust was established in October 2000 and has exempt charity status in the UK.The Trust is regulated by the Higher Education Funding Council in England via the University of Cambridge. It has a Board of nine distinguished Trustees (two of whom are appointed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the remainder by the University) who meet twice a year to decide on the overall strategic direction of the programme. The Provost (CEO) is supported by a Director of Finance and a Programme Director and a small administrative team who manage all operational aspects of the Trust's activities.

MIPS was established in 2007 as a dream of Late Shri P. Kharia as an education venture to impart education in Pharmacy education . The courses launched were B.Pharm & M.Pharm.
