Masters Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.

First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG Degrees. Second Class post graduate degree, including the integrated PG degree with PhD

Candidates must have M.Sc. in Biochemistry, clinical Biochemistry, biotechnology / Life Sciences from a recognized university.  Candidate must have submitted the PhD thesis.

Applications are invited for Second Semester admission to the PhD program (Full time and/or Part time) starting January 2026 in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses of BITS Pilani

2 Years -10 Years in R&D Biosimilars industry. R&D Analytical Sciences, Cell Line Development & Process Analytics.

Perform literature search, laboratory trials for formulation development and process optimization studies of Oral solids and Liquids formulations. Stability data, characterization data generation complying to drug regulatory & quality requirements.

The candidate should have Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D- Pharma) recognised by the Govt of West Bengal and registered as A category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.

PhD in Life Science with experience in genomics / bioinformatics. Experience in database handling and web-program development. Experience in Unix, R and biostatistics. Peer reviewed publications in the relevant field.
