-Will be accountable for the sales of his assigned area
-Key Opinion Leader/Organization Development Work closely with medical science Liaison to identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders/organizations in select therapeutic area within the assign area to support their clinical and research activities by understanding their needs and offering appropriate research projects, medical education programs, clinical/educational grants & logistical support
–Participate/facilitate/conduct customized promotional/educational interactions with Health Care Professionals (HCPs). These interactions include, but are not limited to, customer launch meetings, advisory boards, CME programs, scientific symposia, institutional presentations, etc. Works in close coordination with Medical Science Liaison
–Support efforts to identify new investigators and institutions for Clinical Research in order to expand research base in the field of Neurosciences
–Provide medical support towards medical monitoring of ongoing local studies, including need-based visits to study sites in coordination with MSL for the global pharmaceutical company’s Neurosciences division.
–To execute Publication Plan for the global pharmaceutical company’s neurosciences division
–To execute Information Dissemination Plan/Program developed by MSL for the global pharmaceutical company’s Neurosciences division.
*Business (Marketing and Sales) Support
–Facilitate MSL/Marketing/Sales Force access to KOLs in his assigned area.
–Support / Lead marketing and sales initiated projects that align with therapeutic area requirements and involve KOLs in the region.
–Provide scientific and medical support to institutional sales initiatives.
– Participate in and provide medical inputs for key opinion leader meetings / advisory boards, Customer Launch Meeting (CLMs)
– To improve perception, Brand equity ,Image & experience of doctors & other stakeholders about the global pharmaceutical companies Neurosciences division.
– Provide feedback to marketing team on the new launches & competition. Hence supporting them in formulating their marketing strategies
– Provide useful, timely, accurate, and balanced medical information to customers (HCP) in adherence to relevant SOPs/policies
-To provide scientific expertise, build knowledge and activity based lationships with Key Opinion Leaders to advance medical practice and research for the benefit of the society, thus enhancing the global pharmaceutical company’s image in the scientific community.
-To actively contribute to the organization/business by taking responsibility for the scientific, technical and ethical soundness of all policies, statements and endeavors.
-To provide high quality and timely service in the areas of Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Continuing Medical Education, Clinical Research and business support in the areas of New Product Development, Quality Standards, and Business Technology.
