Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy (GRCP) was established in the year 2003 by Dr. G. Ganga Raju, in fond memory of his father, Late Sri Gokaraju Ranga Raju, a crusader in the field of education in the West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. The mission of GRCP is to impart pharmaceutical education of international standards to our students to help them become pharmacists of the highest caliber, while upholding human values. GRCP strives to provide state-of-art infrastructure. Multi¬speciality faculty continuously review, innovate, experiment teaching methodologies and learning resources and focus on research, training and consultancy, through an integrated institute-industry symbiosis. The college is thrice NBA Accreditcd-B. Pharmacy.

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) is a welfare scheme introduced by Govt.of India under Ministry of Health and Family welfare initially in Delhi on 1st July 1954. Over time, it has grown all over the country both in coverage and scope. Now there are 25 CGHS units in different cities to provide comprehensive Medical care facilities to the Central Government employees (serving & pensioners), their family members, and other entitled categories for a token contribution.

Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM) set up in 1981, the A.R .College of Pharmacy & G H. Patel Institute in Pharma(ARGH) with generous donation from an industrialist Smt. Anjanaben Ashokbhai Shah and an eminent philanthropist Shri Gordhanbhai Hathibhai Patel. At present the institute imparts education in Diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral level studies and conducts research in emerging/ thrust areas of Pharmacy. The college has been housed in a three storey building. Currently, the institute functions with a total intake of204 in eight different courses.
