AstraZeneca announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved its fixed-duration all-oral combination of Calquence® (acalabrutinib) with venetoclax for the first-line treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) in adults.
