Antimicrobial Stewardship programme is being implemented at GMERS Hospital, Valsad and the following staff posts are approved for the same. The above advertisement has been given to fill the said posts on a temporary basis on contract basis and to make a waiting list for them. Qualification : 12th pass in science subject and Diploma in pharmacy from a recognised institution/Board.
Experience in dispensing and/or storage in dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital or institution or in a drug store or a pharmaceutical concern
Age Limit : 40 years
Important instructions for filling the online form
1. Only the application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Simple Post will not be accepted.
2. A photocopy of the legible original document must be uploaded in the software.
3. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
4. A candidate cannot apply more than once.
5. Age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in case of all candidates, the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration.
6. After scrutinizing the applications received within the stipulated time limit, a merit list of qualified candidates will be prepared and five (5) times the number of applications to be filled will be called for document verification at the Medical Superintendent's Office, First Floor, GMERS Hospital, Valsad. They will have to be present for reporting on 04/03/2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Verification of documents of the candidates who come during the reporting time will be done. Candidates who are absent will not be eligible for appointment.
7. Recruitment process will be carried out as per merit.
