ABSTRACT.
Chronic kidney disease also  called chronic renal failure is most commonly seen in the patients of hypertension and diabetes
Case Report
A female patient of age 60 yrs was admitted in a multispecialty  hospital located in Warangal ,with the complaints of SOB, confusion, fever  Since 3dys ,she had a past medical history of HTN.
Discussion :
Patient’s data was collected in a profile form and the details were saved confidentially .the  patient was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease with HTN  and the treatment was  given.
Conclusion :
the patient was given a complete course and was given counselling for chronic kidney disease and the problem got resolved , hereby it shows the need of pharmacist in the area of patient care and quality treatment in the present scenario to expect quality of life.

ABSTRACT
Food adulteration and contamination are as old as the civilization itself. It is the consequence of the development of civilization, over utilization of nature, industrialization and in a price for the progression. It is highly prominent in Urban areas of Bangladesh. It is the consequence of commercialism of business people who are doing this knowingly to maximize profit. Higher degree of awareness shown by the people with higher educational background. Government regulatory agencies are less confident regarding food standard testing, as reported in the study. Educated people show higher degree of awareness of how the quality of food should be maintained. Regulatory authority is found to be in confidant in testing the food standard which also reflects their negligence. Safe food means, in general, there will be no danger from harmful elements that are deliberately added to food products in the country. The economic development of this country rarely reveals the basic literacy and consciousness of mass people. Necessary steps are to be taken to protect the environment for our own existence.

ABSTRACT
This study reports the surveyed of medicinal plants used by village peoples of satpuda hills in shirpur taluka in ethno veterinary practices during this study ,information about ethno veterinary plants was obtained from villages peoples of personal meet them and collect the information .the ethno veterinary plants were collected and preserved as herbarium specimens by follows the standard methods.the identification of plants on botany department of R.C.Patel shirpur,Maharashtra.during the survey it was noted that 12 plants were traditionally used by treat various veterinary diseases such as  Inflammation, wound healing, Indigestion , Dysentry, Diarrhoea, Infertility, Afra disease, Infection of uterus, antimicrobial.

The information provided in this study would bring new medicine development of ecofriendly, effective medicines to control veterinary disease in the future prospective.this study may be useful to protect and conserve the endemic flora species of satpuda hills of shirpur taluka (Dist-Dhule,Maharashtra).

National Institute for Research in Environmental Health (NIREH), Bhopal, is one of the permanent institutes of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a Government of India’s apex autonomous organization for bio-medical research in the country. Historical Indian Council of Medical Research, an apex national body in biomedical research in India, after the Methyl Isocynate (MIC) gas/toxic gas disaster in the night of 2nd and 3rd December, 1984 in Bhopal set up, a Coordinating Unit in 1985 and initiated several research programmes. This Coordinating Unit was soon upgraded to Bhopal Gas Disaster Research Centre in 1986 to undertake long term epidemiological studies.

The lndian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, the apex body in lndia for the formulation, coordination and promotion of biomedical research, is one of the oldest medical research bodies in the world. The Govt. of India through lndian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has initiated its flagship program by establishing an "lndian TB Research Consortium" to advance technology and product development by harnessing interdisciplinary expertise and regional complementary strengths and focus on building and strengthening scientific capabilities and generating a better understanding to aid accelerating the development of new diagnostics, new & improved vaccines and immunotherapies, drugs for TB.
