Advertisement of vacancies in various programs to fill vacant posts out of the approved contractual posts as per the Project Implementation Plan under the National Health Mission is being published on the website mcgm.gov.in/. General instructions/information regarding the application process are as follows. The application should be submitted as per the prescribed format after carefully reviewing all the instructions. The eligibility/ineligibility of the candidate will be checked on the basis of the information and documents provided in the application and on that basis he/she will be included in the further selection process. However, acceptance of the application or inclusion in the further selection process does not mean that the candidate is eligible for that contractual post. If at any time during the selection process or after the selection, it is found that the applicant does not possess the prescribed qualifications or is found to be ineligible for any reason, the candidature or selection of such candidate will be cancelled immediately.

Mumbai District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society Invites application from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts under National Health Mission, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for FWMCH Office, NRC, SNCU, NBSU NCD & NVHCP (On contractual basis in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation as indicated below)

Pharmacist
Place of Posting : NVHCP MDAC-5
Age (Upper Limit) : 18 to 38 years for open category, 18 to 43 years for reserved categories 
Qualification : 12th Science +D pharm / B.Pharm & MSCIT 
Experience : Candidates with experience will be preferred
No of posts : 5 [SC.-1, ST. -1, OBC.-1, SEBC -1, OPEN -1]
Remuneration : 17,000/‐ per month (Consolidated)

Public Health Manager
Place of Posting : FWMCH Office 
Age (Upper Limit) : 18 to 38 years for open category, 18 to 43 years for reserved categories 
Qualification : MBBS or Graduate in Health Sciences (B.D.S/ B.A.M.S/ B.H.M.S/ B.U.M.S/ B.P.Th/ Nursing Basic/ (P.B.Bsc)/ B. Pharma with MPH/ MHA/ MBA in Health Care Administration) 
Experience : Candidates with experience will be preferred 
No of posts : 3 [SC -1 VJ (A) -1 OBC -1]
Remuneration : 32,000/‐ per month (Consolidated)

Educational / Technical / Vocational Course Details -
The applicant should attach self-attested shadow documents along with the application regarding all the educational / technical / vocational courses etc.
1. Detailed and accurate details regarding educational qualifications should be entered in the application.
II. The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification required for the post on the last date of submission of application.
III. The date on which the required educational qualification has been obtained must be mentioned in the application. (Date of declaration of results)
IV. If the final year certificate shows grades or categories, it should be converted into marks and certified by the concerned institution and a copy of it should be attached with the application. The percentage of marks should be mentioned in the application accordingly and the original copy should be submitted during the scrutiny if you are eligible for selection.
V. If the percentage of marks mentioned in the educational certificate and the percentage mentioned in the application do not match, such applications will be rejected.
VI. Self-attested shadow certificates/documents regarding all the educational qualifications mentioned in the application should be submitted along with the application and if you are eligible for selection, it will be mandatory to submit the original documents during the scrutiny. If the mark sheets of the required educational qualifications and the information mentioned in the application do not match during the scrutiny of the selection process, the application will not be considered.
VII. The educational qualification/qualification required for the contractual post must be obtained from a "University Grants Commission" (UGC Approved) recognized university. Educational qualification/qualification obtained from such a university will be accepted.
VIII.  For medical/paramedical posts for which registration with the concerned medical/paramedical council is mandatory. Such applicants should submit the certificate of registration with the concerned council along with the application and if they are eligible for selection, it is necessary to submit it during the scrutiny.


Details of Experience 
The applicant should mention all the details of experience along with the application. 
Experience after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification for the contractual post applied for will be considered. Accordingly, experience before obtaining the educational qualification should not be recorded. That experience will not be taken into account.
II. While mentioning the details of experience in the application, the current appointment period to the first appointment period should be mentioned in this order.
III. While mentioning the details of experience, the details of the office from which the experience certificate is obtained should be mentioned in the application. In the absence of an experience certificate, the said experience will not be considered. The period of experience should be clearly mentioned in the experience certificate.
IV. While mentioning the details of experience, the date of joining and date of discharge should be mentioned accurately. Care should be taken to record both the dates as per the experience certificate. If there is any discrepancy in this, such experience will not be considered.
V. Only the experience related to the post for which the application is made will be considered. If there is any other experience apart from this, such experience will not be considered.
4) For which posts should one apply?
The applicant can apply for more than one post, but it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately for each post, and it will be mandatory for him to attach all the necessary documents/certificates with each application.

Submission of documents/certificates
The applicant has to submit self-attested photocopies of all the documents and certificates related to the information entered in the application as well as educational qualifications/experience and other necessary documents and certificates along with the application.
6) The information given in each point in the application should be filled in correct and legible characters. Once the application is submitted, the information filled should not be tampered with. It should be noted that no changes can be made in the application after the application is submitted.


Age Limit 
Self-attested photocopies of birth certificate/school leaving certificate/S.S.C. pass certificate etc. should be attached with the application as proof of age.
1. The age of the candidate as on the last date of submission of application i.e. 11/09/2025 must be within the age limit prescribed in the advertisement for each contractual post.
II. The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to unreserved category will be 38 years and for candidates belonging to reserved category will be 43 years.
III. The age limit will be flexible for employees currently working on contractual basis in the National Health Mission. However, it is mandatory to submit a certificate to that effect signed by the Head of the office currently working during the verification of documents. As per HR Policy, the age limit will be as follows.

Other general instructions regarding application
While submitting the application, self-attested photocopies of all the necessary educational, experience, caste etc. certificates should be attached, applications filled with incomplete information and without the required documents will not be considered.
I. If the applicant is married, a photocopy of the marriage registration certificate, as well as a photocopy of the Gazette document in case of name change, should be submitted along with the application and if you are eligible for selection, the original certificate must be submitted during verification.
II. Only the date of birth mentioned in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) certificate should be mentioned in the application.
III. Information regarding gender, marital status should be mentioned correctly in the application.
IV. It is mandatory for the candidate to mention his/her valid email ID, current mobile number and alternative mobile number in the application. As per the requirement, instructions regarding verification of original documents will be given through email to the candidates who are eligible for selection in the eligible/ineligible list.  Also, the list of candidates eligible for selection in order of merit among the eligible candidates will also be published on the website. Therefore, the email IDs will remain active until the recruitment process is completed and it will be the responsibility of the candidates to check the email from time to time. Also, the list of candidates deemed eligible/ineligible for contractual recruitment and necessary instructions and amendments regarding contractual recruitment will be published from time to time on the website of this office mcgm.gov.in. For this, the candidate is also required to visit the website from time to time.
V. It is necessary to mention that the candidate is a resident of the state of Maharashtra. A photocopy of the prescribed certificate (Domicile Certificate) should be submitted with the application and if you are eligible for selection, it is necessary to present the original certificate during the scrutiny.
VI. The candidate should accurately mention the details of his religion and caste category. If the candidate falls under the reserved category, he should submit a self-photocopy of the prescribed certificate and if you are eligible for selection, he should present the original certificate during the scrutiny. If a candidate from the reserved category does not submit the caste certificate, the application of such a candidate will not be considered. It should be noted.
VII. Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes, Deprived Castes and Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Socially Educationally Backward Classes should submit a valid (non-creamy layer) certificate stating that they do not belong to the advanced and advanced person/group and if you are eligible for selection, it will be mandatory to present the original certificate during the scrutiny.  Otherwise, if the certificate is not submitted, the applications of such candidates will be rejected.
VIII. Candidates applying from Economically Weaker Sections and Socially Educationally Backward Classes should submit the Economically Weaker Section Certificate (EWS Certificate) and Socially Educationally Backward Classes Certificate (SEBC Certificate) and if they are eligible for selection, they should submit the original certificate during the scrutiny.
IX. The applicant should mention his current address and permanent address correctly.

Small Family Certificate
I. As per the government policy, the candidate will be required to follow the small family policy.
II. Also, the said small family shaded certificate should be submitted along with the application and the candidate must submit the original certificate of being a small family during the scrutiny if he is eligible for selection.
III. The said small family certificate sample 'A' is attached with the application.Candidate's photo and signature The candidate should submit a clear recent photo and self-signature along with the application.

Selection Process
1. All rights to decide the selection process in accordance with the said contractual post are reserved by the Hon'ble Executive Health Officer, and Member Secretary (M.G.A.A. and K.K.S.M.) Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika

General Instructions
I. Candidates are required to fill the application form in the provided format.
II. In case of changes under the program or under the campaign as per the approval of the State Government, the number of posts / reservation may change as per the situation.
III. All candidates should note that applications will be accepted by registered post or hand delivered within the prescribed period for recruitment.
IV. All necessary instructions and information regarding the said contractual recruitment process will be published on the official website of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation from time to time. For this, it will be mandatory for candidates to visit the website mcgm.gov.in/ and obtain information. No personal contact will be made to any candidate in connection with the recruitment.
V. The said posts are filled as per the approval in the Project Implementation Plan, hence the number of posts and reservation are subject to change as per the approval of PIP.  Therefore, there may be changes in the number of vacant contractual posts and reservations mentioned in the advertisement.
VI. The posts mentioned in the advertisement are purely contractual in nature and are not regular posts of the State Government or the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. These posts have no connection with the posts of the State Government or the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and the candidate will not be able to demand adjustment to the regular posts of the State Government or the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
VII. The remuneration of the contractual posts mentioned in the advertisement is the combined remuneration.
VIII. All rights regarding the placement of candidates and recruitment shall remain with the Hon. Executive Health Officer and Member Secretary (M.G.A.A. and K.K.S.), Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
IX. The last date for submission of applications shall be 5.30 PM on the working day. Applications and documents, certificates received after that will not be considered for recruitment and the applicant will not be able to make any claim for accepting applications and documents, certificates received after the deadline for any reason.
