IDPL is the largest Central Pharma Public Sector Undertaking in India with plants at Rishikesh, Gurgaon & Hyderabad and two Subsidiary Units at Chennai and Muzaffarpur. IDPL played a major role in the strategic National Health Programmes like Family Welfare Programme & Population Control (Mala-D & Mala-N) anti-malarials (Chloroquine) and prevention of dehydration (ORS) by providing quality medicines. During the country’s calamity of outbreak of Plague in 1994, IDPL was the only company which played the sheet anchor role in supplying Tetracycline for the entire Nation. Similarly, company had made uninterrupted supply of Chloroquine to combat Malaria epidemic in different parts of the country. In 2005 to combat national emergency (leptospirosis) arising due to flood in Maharastra, IDPL had supplied required Doxycycline Caps. within no time.

General Manager In - charge-1 (one)

Qualifications : Graduate from any reputed university with sound academic record.

Max - Age : 62 yrs

Experience & criteria : He/She should possess 10 years of experience in a Senior managerial position in a large reputed organization. Applicant should have sound experience in Administration, Legal & Finance. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry will have an added advantage. He/She should be well versed with regional language.

Consolidated Remuneration Per Month : Rs.60000-70000

Dy. Manager Personal/ Legal – 1 (one)

Qualifications : Graduate or MBA in Personnel Management with legal qualifications.

Max - Age : 60 yrs

Experience & criteria : He should have minimum 5 Yrs experience in Personnel/Service/Estate Matters. Knowledge of statutory obligations related to CPSU Rules. Out of 5 Yrs, 2 Yrs should be in a responsible cadre. Candidates knowing Tamil language is preferred.

Consolidated Remuneration Per Month : Rs.30000-35000

Dy Manager (Finance) – 1 (one)

Qualifications : B.Com/ M.Com Inter ICWA/CA

Max - Age : 60 yrs

Experience & criteria : Candidate should have 5 yrs experience in Finance & Accounts. Out of 5 Yrs, 2 yrs should be in a responsible cadre. Candidates knowing Tamil language is preferred.

Consolidated Remuneration Per Month : Rs.30000-35000

Place of Work: The place of work will be presently at Chennai Plant ,Nandhambakkam, Chennai – 600089. However, the selected candidate may be placed anywhere in India depending on the requirement of the company.

6. IDPL reserves the right to relax / modify the Eligibility Criteria in educational qualification and experience if required.
7. THE ABOVE POSTS PURELY ON CONTRACT BASIS.
8. In case of candidates from Govt. / Quasi Govt. / PSU, the applicant will have to produce NOC from the present employer at the time of interview.

2. Two recent passport size photographs
3. ID Proof Original – (any one - Aadhar Card / Voter ID/ Passport / Driving Lic. /PAN card)
4. Original testimonials in support of Age, Category, Educational qualification, Experience and a set of self-attested copies of the same.

Note: If candidate fails to produce their original certificates in support to their Educational qualification, age, experience, category, the candidate will not be allowed for interview.
