Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications, experience, and pay scale shall be as per the norms prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, and Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur.
Essential Qualification :
• Ph.D. and/or M.Pharm in the relevant specialization with First Division throughout the academic career.
• Candidates with teaching, research, publication, and project experience will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Deliver theory and practical classes with emphasis on conceptual understanding and outcome-based education.
• Prepare and update curriculum, lesson plans, study materials, and laboratory manuals.
• Undertake research, publications, consultancy, and funded research projects.
• Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Participate in accreditation, institutional development, and departmental activities.
• Contribute to student counseling, personality development, and academic progression.
• Perform administrative and academic duties assigned by the institute authorities.
