Job Description
• Responsible for day-to-day work, process flows and constantly endeavoring to be able to lead the team from the front.
• Maintain and report productivity and quality numbers of the team on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Comprehensive QC of analysts work and give them proper feedback this will help in improving the quality.
• Should resolve external, internal queries and client feedbacks.
• Conducting regular team meetings and escalating the issues of the team/ team members to the managers.
• Review performance of the team on a regular basis and show performance improvement on a monthly basis.
• Ensures all the records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements
• Ensuring team’s performance in terms of compliance with SLAs
• Understand the training needs of each individual and prepare training modules accordingly.
• Assist manager in maintaining ongoing projects.
• Suggest changes to make the process more efficient. Review the SOP/Process Document
• Implement improvement/efficiency suggestions from Managers.
Candidate Profile
• Graduate in Pharmacy or Masters in Pharmacy, MSC life sciences
• Experience – Above 4 years
• Team handling for small groups
• Thorough understanding on life science company databases
• Should possess subject matter expert relating to secondary research and companies database
Skills
• Should have sound knowledge on Secondary Research, data capture and product development
• Sound knowledge understanding of the pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Proactive team management
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities
• People management skills & ability to guide and motivate team
• Decision making abilities
• Should be capable of handling 10 members in the team
