IDPL is the largest Central Pharma Public Sector Undertaking in India with plants at Rishikesh, Gurgaon & Hyderabad and two Subsidiary Units at Chennai and Muzaffarpur.
The vision of first Prime Minister of India, Late Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru regarding Indian Drug Industry was that “the drug industry must be in the public sector….. I think an industry of the nature of the drug industry should not be in the private sector anyhow. There are for too much exploitation of the public in this industry”. With the vision of the then Prime Minister of India, IDPL was incorporated in April, 1961 (Company Registration No. 3418 of 1961-1962 with Registrar of Companies, Delhi and having its Registered and Corporate Office at Gurgaon) with main objectives of creating self-sufficiency in respect of essential life saving medicines, to free the country from dependence on imports and to provide medicines to the millions at affordable prices and not to make millions from the medicines. IDPL was basically conceived and established as a part of Healthcare Infrastructure and has played a pioneering infra-structural role in the growth of Indian Drug Industry base.

IDPL, is conducting Walk-in-Interview for the following posts purely on Contract Basis as per schedule given below:

Post: Dy. Manager, Sr. Executive, Deputy Manager, Executive Commercial

Dy. Personnel Manager
No.of post: 01
Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs): Post  Graduate / MBA/ PG  Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/  Labour Law, Candidate   should   have minimum 5   years   experience  Preferably  in  CPSU  /  State  PSU/ Industries  in  Personnel  Department, P ersonnel  matter, service  matters,  legal  ,  and  well  versed   with  FR&S   rules/GF /GFR rules.  Having good kn owledge in noting and drafting.
Max. age (Yrs)*: 55
Total Emoluments (Rs): Rs.  30 , 000/ - to  Rs.  35 , 000/ -
Date & Time of Interview: 15.06.2016 9.30 am TO 11.30 am

Sr.(Executive  Personnel)

Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs): Post Graduate / MBA/ PG  Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/  Labour Law
Candidate  should  have  3  years    experience  in  Industries  preferably   in   CPSU/State   PSU   /  Industries  in  Personnel  Department,  P ersonnel  matter,  service  matters,  legal  ,  and  well  versed   with   FR&S   rules/GF/GFR   rules.  Having   knowledge   in   noting   and   drafting  preferably in CPSU.
Max. age (Yrs)*: 40
Total Emoluments (Rs): Rs .22,000 to  25000/

Deputy Manager Purchase

Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs):                
B Pharma/Graduate in  Science/MBA in Material  &  Management, Candidate  should  have minimum  five  years  experience  State  PSU  /Industries in  purchase  department  preferably  in  CPSU /  well  versed  in Procurement & all Purchase related makers  including compl aince of CVC guidelines.
Max. age (Yrs)*: 55
Total Emoluments (Rs): 30,000 – 35000
Date & Time of Interview: 15.06.2016 2.30  pm TO 4.00 pm

Executive Commercial
No.of post: 01
Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs):          Science Graduate, Candidate  should  have  experience  in  relevant  field/  Commercial  Store  and  well  versed  with  Statutory  requirements preferably  in  PSU/State PSU/ Industries . Knowledge in sales  Tax, C Form, ED and  Dispatching Goods
Max. age (Yrs)*: 40
Total Emoluments (Rs): Rs.18,000  to 22,000
Date & Time of Interview: 15.06.2016 4.30 pm TO 6.00 pm

Company Secretary cum  Law Officer (Deputy Manager)

Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs):          Membership with Institute of  Company Secretaries of India and Bachelors’ of Law Candidate should have 3 years experience in  relevant field  preferably in CPSU
Max. age (Yrs)*: 55
Total Emoluments (Rs): Rs.30,000  to 35,000
Date & Time of Interview: 16.06.2016 9.30 am TO 11.30 am

Sr. Executive (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs):          B.Com/M.Com / MBA (Fin) CA (inter) (ICWA (inter) Candidate   should   have   experience   in   the  relevant     field  preferably     in     CPSU/State  PSU/Industries and  well   versed   with   FR& S  rules/GF/GFR    rules,    having    knowledge    of  EXCEL   &   TALLY   must   &   will   have   added  advantage
Max. age (Yrs)*: 40
Total Emoluments (Rs): Rs.22,000  to 25,000

Dy. Manager (Fin)

Minimum Qualifications& Experience in the relevant field (Yrs):          ICWA/CA/ MBA (Fin), Candidate   should   have  minimum   5   years  experience   in   the   relevant   field   and  well  versed  with  FR&S  rules/GF/GFR  rules ,  having  knowledge   of   New   Accountancy   Standards  and  finalization  of  Balance  sheets      preferably  in CPSU. Knowledge of EXCEL & TALLY must &  will have added advantage.
Max. age (Yrs)*: 55
Total Emoluments (Rs): Rs.30,000  to 35,000
Date & Time of Interview: 16.06.2016 2.30 pm TO  6.00 pm

Note:
1 .  Age may be relaxed for these posts in case of deserving Candidates / Ex - Servi ce man / Para - Military Personnel /CPSU/State Govt.PSU/ etc
2. Higher remuneration will be considered for  deserving Candidates.

Term and Conditions:

Venue of the Interview:IDPL (TN), P.O. Nanda m bakkam, Chennai  - 600089

Place of Work: The place of work will be presently at Chennai Plant. However, the selected candidate  may be placed  anywhere in India depending on the requirement of the Company.

General Conditions:
1. The Candidates must ensure that they possess the required qualification and experience in the  relevant field for the post applied.
2. The   Documents   submitted   by   the   Ca ndidate   if   found   incorrect   /   false   information/  certificate/documents  or  has  suppressed  any  material  fact(s)  his/her  candidature  will  stand  cancelled.  If  any  of  these  short  comings  is/are  detected  even  after  appointment,  his/her  services are liable to be t erminated.
3. IDPL has right to reject Candidature at any stage and the decision of IDPL will be Final
4. IDPL  has  right  to  reject  entire  selection/advertisement  at  any  stage  and  the  decision  of  IDPL  shall be final in this regard.
5. Any  dispute  arising  o ut  of  this  advertisement  shall  be  subject  to  the  sole  jurisdiction  of  Court  situated at respective place of posting.
6. IDPL  reserves  the  right  to  raise  /  modify  the  Eligibility  Criteria  in  educational  qualification/  experience/age in case of requirement.
7. The above posts purely on contract basis.
8. Selected Candidate initially appointed for a period of one year and further extension subject to  review of performance
