Job Description
SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
- Responsible for smooth Technical Transfer (TT) for customers products & processes for optimization, regulatory submission and / or for commercialization of the product to Plant & Sentiss product & processes to CMO site/s.
- To build communication channel / s and processes and maintain effective dialogue with customer / CMO as well as internal stakeholders to ensure smooth & successful execution of TT projects.
- To ensure strict adherence to approved project budget, milestone & timeline.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- To assist Head TT : -
- To collate information from internal stakeholders & provide inputs on internal processes, obvious and hidden cost for assessment of technical feasibility & pricing during technical discussions with BD / Customer / CMO.
- To provide support on project conceptualization - production technology, requirement of technology/equipment etc.
- To build communication channel / s and processes and maintain effective dialogue with customer / CMO as well as internal stakeholders to ensure smooth & successful execution of TT projects.
- To ensure strict adherence to approved project budget, milestone & timeline.
- To ensure receipt of TTD from customers, distribution to stakeholder, creation of plant documents.
- To schedule activity for optimization of process and execute project & documentation on time for dossier submission.
- Liaise with plant stakeholders to execute project plans as per timelines.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for execution optimization trials, experimentation, batch manufacture towards successful execution of TT projects.
- Act as single point contact at Plant to maintain two way open communication channels with Customer, CMO & Internal stakeholder.
- Create CFT, organize telecoms, prepare, circulate MOM, MIS, and Seek timely internal customer support to provide timely response to customer & stakeholder queries.

- To assist Head TT in providing technical inputs on production technology, feasibility of the projects etc. during techno commercial discussions with Customer / CMO.
- To assist Head TT in providing inputs related to production& analytical costs including requirements for new technology.
PROJECT PLANNING.
• Transfer, ensuring that projects are delivered within timelines To prepare detailed project plan and coordinate with various departments for execution.
• To review technology transfer dossiers to prepare for process optimization.
• Responsible for coordinating scale-up of products to manufacturing scale, planning & scheduling of exhibit batches & ensuring timely completion of the project by interacting with cross-functional teams at plant,
• To send meeting invites, conduct meetings, prepare , circulate MOM, maintain project event log , raise alarms for deviation in execution schedule / costs, liaise with the customers at different stages for smooth execution of the project.
• To ensure preparation of facility and material availability for exhibit or trial batches.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should be M.Pharm with 6+ yrs experience in Formulation Technology Transfer.
