Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment to various posts on a contractual basis under the National Urban Health Mission, Parbhani City Municipal Corporation Health Department.

Salary : Rs. 17,000/- Per Month

Pharmacist - UCHC
No of posts : 03 Posts - (01 Post - SC, 01 Post - SC), 01 Post - OBC/Open)
Qualification : 12th Class Diploma in Pharmacy
Government / Private Sector Experience and Council Registration Required
Age Limit : 38 Years Open Category, 43 Years Backward Category
Salary : Rs. 17,000/- Per Month

Terms and Conditions
1. Applications are invited in the prescribed format from eligible candidates who fulfill the educational and other qualifications specified for the above-mentioned posts. Candidates must attach self-attested photocopies of their educational and other certificates along with the duly filled application form in the prescribed format. Please note that late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
2. After scrutiny of applications, the list of eligible and ineligible candidates for the interview will be published on the notice board and the website.
3. Eligible candidates must register for the interview at 11:00 AM.
4. Candidates absent on the interview day and time will be disqualified.
5. The posts of Medical Officer and Specialist under the National Urban Health Mission will be filled through an interview process, and other posts will be filled based on a merit list.
6. These posts will be under the Parbhani City Health Society and the Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society.
7. The Hon'ble Commissioner and Chairman, Parbhani City Health Society, Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, Parbhani, reserves the right to change the total number of posts and the number of posts for each category. 8. The said posts are on a fixed monthly honorarium. The salary may change according to government policy.
9. Since these posts are to be filled purely on a contractual basis only for the project duration, the said posts will automatically terminate upon the completion of the project.
10. The selected candidates will be given an appointment order for 11 months and 29 days, or until such time as decided by the Hon'ble Commissioner and Chairman.

11. Candidates must attend the interview at their own expense, bringing original and photocopied documents.
12. The small family certificate rule has been implemented from July 23, 2020, and candidates with more than two living children from July 23, 2020, onwards will not be eligible to apply for recruitment under the National Health Mission. It is mandatory for eligible candidates to submit the certificate in the prescribed format before joining.
13. Educational Qualifications: SSC/HSC mark sheet, certificate, TC, degree certificate, postgraduate degree certificate, other course certificates, MMC/MNC registration certificate, etc., Experience: Experience certificate, Social Reservation: Caste certificate, Identity and Residence: Aadhaar card, voter ID, residence proof, phone bill, electricity bill, etc.
14. For serial number 20, the Medical Officer position, if a candidate with MBBS qualification is not available, candidates with BAMS qualification will be appointed temporarily for 6 to 11 months until a candidate with MBBS qualification is found. Please note this.
15. Applicants above 60 years of age are required to submit a physical fitness certificate certified by the District Surgeon. Government employees should not have any administrative, financial, disciplinary, or criminal proceedings or serious offenses recorded against them during their previous government service.
16. Eligible candidates will be admitted to the selection process after scrutiny.
17. Depending on the number of eligible applications, candidates will be called for the selection process in a ratio of one to three (1:3) or one to five (1:5).
18. If there are many eligible candidates, the selection will be based on the priority order of educational qualifications (degree/postgraduate degree, etc.). Annual performance and experience.

21. The selection list and waiting list will be released on the same day or within 5 days as per the instructions of the selection committee.
22. If sufficient candidates from the expected reserved categories are not available in the selection process, considering the need to fill the vacant posts, eligible candidates from the open category selected from the waiting list will be given temporary appointment until a candidate from the reserved category is available.
23. If candidates exert any kind of political pressure, they will be disqualified.
24. The final authority regarding the appointment and selection process is reserved with the Hon'ble Commissioner and Chairman, Parbhani City Health Society, Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, Parbhani.
25. The application fee should be submitted along with the application form as a Demand Draft in the name of "Hon'ble Commissioner, Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Parbhani" from a nationalized bank, Rs. 150/- for the open category and Rs. 100/- for the reserved category.
26. Please note that the application will be accepted only if it is a complete application in the prescribed format along with the application fee Demand Draft, and no other application will be accepted.
