In accordance with the directives issued by the Chhattisgarh Government (General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar) vide letter no. RULE/24/2026-GAD-3 dated 09.02.2026—which mandates that direct recruitment for the new district be conducted from the parent district—and pursuant to the letter from the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, District MCB (Chhattisgarh) (Letter No. 1336/NHM/Coll./2026 Manendragarh dated 02.04.2026), a directive has been issued to recruit personnel for vacant contractual posts in District MCB through the Korea district administration. This recruitment is based on the human resources sanctioned under the National Health Mission (NHM) ROP for the year 2025-26. Recruitment is to be conducted for vacant contractual posts under the National Health Mission subordinate to the Chief Medical and Health Officer in both Korea and MCB districts.

No of posts : 03 (Korea - 01, MCB - 02)
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in CG Pharmacy Registration council.
Salary : Rs. 16,500/-

The application form will be rejected if applied without the application fee (Demand Draft).
The details of application fee are as follows

Terms and Conditions
*The selection processes for appointments to all the aforementioned posts shall be subject to the final order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi, in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022. In this regard, paragraphs 4, 5, and 6 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's interim order dated 01.05.2023 are as follows:
4. We, therefore, permit the State to go ahead with the selection process and make appointments and promotions.
5. However, it is made clear that the same shall be subject to the result of the petition.
6. All appointment and promotion orders shall specifically mention that such appointments and promotions are subject to the final outcome of the present proceeding.
1. While submitting the application, the applicant must clearly specify the district—either Koriya or MCB—for which they are applying; applications failing to mention the district name will be considered invalid.
2. On the envelope containing the application form, the applicant must mandatorily mention the name of the district (Koriya or MCB) for which they are applying, the name of the post applied for, and their category (Unreserved / Other Backward Class / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe).
3. All educational and other qualifications must be fulfilled by the date of the advertisement's issuance; otherwise, the application will be summarily rejected. No correspondence regarding this matter will be entertained. Under no circumstances will any certificate be accepted after the application deadline. Therefore, ensure that all certificates proving eligibility are attached to the application; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
4. The application must be in the prescribed format; a passport-sized photograph must be affixed to the application form, and all documents must be self-attested.  (Application Form 'A' is enclosed with the advertisement)
5. At the time of applying for the aforementioned posts, it is mandatory to attach self-attested photocopies of certificates regarding educational qualifications (from a recognized education board, government institution, or university), experience, residence, and registration.
6. The application format, general terms and guidelines, lists, and all other information regarding the recruitment for the advertised posts can be viewed and downloaded exclusively from the district website: WWW.korea.gov.in. No information will be provided to candidates through any other medium. Candidates are advised to check the district website (WWW.korea.gov.in) periodically for updates regarding the recruitment.
7. The minimum and maximum age limits for contractual recruitment are as follows:
For managerial posts: Minimum 18 years and maximum 64 years.
For medical posts: Minimum 18 years and maximum 70 years (Age will be calculated as of January 1st of the year of the advertisement/contract).
8. All posts are purely contractual and governed by the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
9. Applications must be filled out completely in the prescribed format and submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Korea, via Registered Post, Speed ​​Post, or Registry only. Applications submitted via any other medium or in person will not be accepted.
10. The department will not be held responsible if applications are not received by the stipulated date and time, or for delays caused by any other reason or postal delays. No applications or representations regarding such delays will be accepted or considered.

11. Only applications that are fully filled out in the prescribed format (Format A), clear, and complete will be accepted. Applications that are unclear or incomplete will be rejected.
12. The institution from which educational qualifications were obtained must be recognized by the UGC, AICTE, and the relevant council, as applicable. Qualifications from institutions not meeting this requirement will be considered invalid (please refer to the website ugc.ac.in for details).
13. Experience certificates (related to the applied post) will be valid only if issued by government, semi-government, or government-aided institutions. Experience marks will be awarded in accordance with the rules only if the candidate possesses experience relevant to the post. Experience gained through voluntary service or in positions not remunerated from government funds will not be considered for experience marks. It is mandatory to submit the appointment order issued by the employer for the relevant post along with the experience/No Objection Certificate (NOC); if possible, a copy of the pay scale should also be attached. Otherwise, the experience marks will be deemed invalid.
14. For posts requiring mandatory experience, candidates with work experience from recognized private institutions will be included in the list of eligible candidates but will not be awarded experience marks.
15. Temporary health workers appointed in government health institutions of Chhattisgarh state who served continuously for six months during the COVID-19 pandemic are to be awarded 10 bonus marks, whereas contractual (irregular) employees appointed under normal circumstances are to be awarded up to a maximum of 15 experience marks. Thus, the same employee will not be awarded both types of experience marks.
16. Skill Test / Written Examination / Interview (as per the post)
16.1 Skill Test / Written Examination / Interview – 20 marks
16.2 A list of eligible/ineligible candidates will be prepared based on the scrutiny of received applications and documents and will be uploaded to the district website for the submission of claims and objections.
16.3 Candidates will be given a specific timeframe to submit claims and objections. In the event of errors in the application or list, a district-level committee will resolve these claims and objections, make a decision, and release the final list of eligible and ineligible candidates.
16.4 Following the scrutiny of applications received within the stipulated timeframe for the screening/skill test/written examination/interview, a merit list of eligible candidates will be prepared. Candidates will then be called for the skill test/interview based on the number of advertised posts, as detailed below.  Total number of advertised posts 
If 1 to 10 : 10 times the total number of advertised vacant posts
If 11 to 50 : 5 times the total number of advertised vacant posts

Employees currently working in government/semi-government or private institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer along with their application; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
The number of notified vacancies may be increased, decreased, or the recruitment process cancelled due to administrative reasons; the authority to do so rests with the Chairperson, District Health Society.
Applicants shall be bound by any changes made to the rules and conditions by the government or department during the recruitment process.
The contractual appointment of a selected candidate may be terminated at any time after they have joined duty by serving a notice. Similarly, the candidate must provide one month's notice before resigning; otherwise, they will be required to deposit an amount equivalent to one month's salary.
The aforementioned contract period will be valid until March 31, 2027. This period may be extended subject to a satisfactory performance evaluation. The contractual position will automatically stand terminated upon regular recruitment.
Subject to being found suitable in the annual performance-based evaluation, the contract period may be extended for the duration approved by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.


(b) It is mandatory to submit the application form in the prescribed format along with all the following documents:
1- 8th standard mark sheet.
2- 10th standard mark sheet (as proof of date of birth).
3- 12th standard mark sheet.
4- Mark sheets for all years corresponding to the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the relevant post.
5- Mark sheets for all years corresponding to the desirable educational qualification for the relevant post.
6- Undergraduate and postgraduate degrees/certificates obtained from a recognized university.
7- Degree regarding mandatory technical/educational qualification as per eligibility criteria.
8- Valid registration certificate from the relevant council/employment exchange.
9- Caste/Domicile certificate issued by a competent authority. (If required, submission of a copy attested by the High-Level Scrutiny Committee shall be mandatory).
10- Domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh State.
11- Identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/PAN Card/Driving License, etc., containing the candidate's name, address, and photograph).
12- Disability certificate (if applicable).
13- Work experience certificate and copy of appointment order.
14- Other relevant documents/certificates for special concessions.

General terms and guidelines regarding recruitment
1. Merely applying does not guarantee selection. Original certificates/documents will be verified before the final selection list is issued; further action regarding selection will be taken only if these are found to be valid.
2. Contractual Honorarium: During the contractual service period, a consolidated monthly honorarium and other amounts will be payable as per the prescribed ROP (Remuneration/Pay Structure); no other allowances or facilities will be provided.
3. Candidates eligible for special reservation (Persons with Disabilities/Ex-servicemen/Women, as per rules) must attach the certificate issued by the competent authority with their application form. Otherwise, candidates failing to attach the required certificate will be considered under the General category. If no suitable candidates are found in the Ex-servicemen or Women categories, candidates from other categories will be selected.
4. Two posts of Community Health Officer (CHO) are reserved for Ex-servicemen: one for the Unreserved category and one for the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category. Priority in selection will be given to Ex-servicemen who fulfill all the eligibility criteria for these posts.
5. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Class (OBC) categories must submit a permanent caste certificate.
6. If a candidate applies for more than one post, they must submit separate application forms and deposit separate application fees for each; otherwise, such candidates will be deemed ineligible.
7. Only applications from candidates possessing the qualifications prescribed for the advertised posts will be accepted.
8. The total number of advertised posts includes both new and backlog vacancies; the number of posts is subject to change based on requirements.
9. Applicants with disabilities must attach a self-attested copy of a permanent disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board (or a medical authority). In cases where the certificate is issued by a medical authority who is not a government servant, it must bear the countersignature and seal of the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Superintendent, or Head of the Government Hospital (as per Format 4). Only individuals with a relevant disability of at least 40% are eligible for reservation in these services/posts.
10. In accordance with the directives issued by the Social Welfare Department (Ministry, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar) via Notification No. WELF-3008/25/2025-SOCIAL WELFARE, specific disability categories have been designated for the posts: LV, OA, OL, DW, HH, AAV, and LC for ANM posts; and OA, OL, DW, LC, AAV, and MDY for Staff Nurse and CHO posts. (OL: One Leg, OA: One Arm, LV: Low Vision, DW: Dwarfism, HH: Hard of Hearing, AAV: Acid Attack Victims, LC: Leprosy Cured, MDY: Muscular Dystrophy). Selection will be made from candidates belonging to these specific categories.
11. Applications that are incomplete or contain errors will not be accepted. It is mandatory to clearly mark the name of the post and the district for which the application is being submitted on the envelope.  13. In accordance with the instructions issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh (General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar) vide Letter No. RULE/24/2026-GAD-3 dated 09.02.2026 regarding direct recruitment for the new district, the recruitment process for vacant contractual posts in MCB district will be completed; the post-wise selection list will be forwarded to the Collector, District MCB; and the Collector will undertake the proceedings to issue appointment orders for the said posts.

Interested applicants should submit their applications in the prescribed format (Format A) for the vacant contractual posts in Korea and MCB districts. Applications must be sent exclusively via Registered Post, Speed Post, or Registry to the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Baikunthpur, District Korea, Chhattisgarh, between 13/06/2026 and 03/07/2026 (by 5:00 PM). Applications sent via other modes will not be accepted.
